Our wild venison chorizo is made using sweet, smoked paprika. Ready to eat, our British chorizo is perfect for snacking or enjoying as part of a charcuterie sharing board or antipasti selection. Equally delicious used as a cooking ingredient.

Ingredients: Wild British venison (71%), pork fat, white wine, salt, smoked paprika (2%), garlic, dextrose, herbs, spices, Preservatives (Sodium Nitrite, Potassium Nitrate), Antioxidant (Sodium Ascorbate).
