Based on a recipe from Diforti’s grandfather created more than 100 years ago, these sundried tomatoes are a true gem of authentic Italian food. Full-flavoured tomatoes are dried in the Sicilian sunshine according to ancient traditions and then refined with grated vegetarian Gran Moravia cheese and the finest of fresh basil leaves. Best enjoyed as part of a colourful antipasto platter or mixed into a pasta salad, this traditional family recipe is guaranteed to give you a boost of Italian sunshine.
